Sports injuries may occur as a result of an awkward landing (ankle/knee strain), a collision or fall during a rapid direction change (hamstring/calf strain) or as a progressively increasing pain, eg. shin splints/stress fractures. Our Physiotherapists are skilled in assessing and diagnosing these injuries and have strong networks with excellent specialists to ensure you receive the best treatment available. We will assist you throughout your rehabilitation to ensure that you are well prepared for your return to sport.

Taping Techniques for Sport

Through our experience with sports injuries, our physios have put together an information sheet designed to provide you with a basic idea of how to tape ankles for sport, to prevent injury or reduce further damage. This is a guide only and we recommend that you see a physio should you hurt your ankle during sport.
