Pelvic Pain and Instability

Pain in the joints of your pelvis - at your pubic symphysis at the front and your sacroiliac joint where your pelvis joins your spine, can cause pelvic pain during or after pregnancy as well as from jarring injuries, falls or lifting injuries. These joints can become too mobile or stuck in a position that upsets normal movement. Our Physiotherapists have special expertise in this area and will correct your joint mechanics and teach you specific exercises to remain painfree and in control.
