Balance Class

Balance Class is conducted for small groups (up to 6 people) and involves using hand and leg weights to strengthen muscles and balance, while weight bearing and loading bones to reduce bone loss in the older population. Some classes incorporate the Vibrogym for some exercises as this also increases the force on bones and hence improves bone density. This class is a great opportunity to exercise in a personal and comfortable environment with a small group of people wanting to achieve similar goals.
